Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with Green Farms. If you are not satisfied with a purchase from Green Farms, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to all one-off purchases (such as the Starter scan, PDF Pre-feasibility Report, and Live NDVI Widget add-on) and to the first payment of any subscription plan.

How to request a refund

Refunds for Green Farms purchases are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout. Paddle will send you a secure link to view your orders.
  2. Select the order you would like refunded and request a refund.
  3. Alternatively, email us at hello@greenfarm.earth with your order details and we will help you through the process.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel any subscription at any time through paddle.net or by contacting support. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. Unused scans included in your plan expire at the end of that period. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund — refunds are handled separately under the 30-day rule above.

Renewals after the first period

For annual subscriptions, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment. Renewal payments are not refundable by default, but we will consider individual cases (for example, accidental renewals or unused service) on request. Please contact us as soon as possible after a renewal you did not intend.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us or Paddle so we can resolve the issue directly — this is usually faster and avoids unnecessary disputes.
