What the assessment covers
Vegetation condition and seasonality, water and moisture indicators, terrain, land cover and climate exposure are combined into an Environmental Intelligence Score with supporting indicator detail.
How the assessment is produced
The property boundary is defined, earth observation data is analysed across recent seasons, and regional environmental datasets provide context. Outputs are normalised into interpretable scores.
Where field validation is required
Remote sensing identifies patterns and areas for investigation. Soil sampling, agronomist review and ecological assessment can be added through Green Farms Verified.
Green Farms provides environmental intelligence and preliminary screening. Results should be interpreted alongside legal, financial, agricultural and field based due diligence.
